Award title, certificate, Excellence Shield, logos, images, trade names, trademarks and copyrights are the intellectual property of the Company. I/We further understand that the Company provides us the rights to use the intellectual property of the Company and any misuse thereof may hold us liable for damages and other penal action.

Hold and maintain the confidentiality of all data or information of the Global Leadership Awards & Summit, 2019 as well as the Company in its strictest sense.

ADFocus Media reserves its rights to change, modify reschedule the venue date and time and the chief guest/ distinguished guest’s of the Global Leadership Awards & Summit’ 2019, For any such reasons/exigencies which are uncontrollable at the hands of the company.

Fee charged by the Company is not against the award, but for the branding/marketing/promotion/advertising/copyright/PR services which are being provided by the Company.

Not to carry activity that may bring ill-repute to the company and /or Global Leadership Awards & Summit’ 2019 and further undertake to abide strictly by the terms and conditions of the company.

Declaration is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and that any false claim by us may disqualify our nomination/selection to the Global Leadership Awards & Summit’ 2019.

All rights to admissions to the Global Leadership Awards & Summit’ 2019 are reserved with the company & our nomination/selection/invitation to the award function are subject to the discretion to the company

ADFocus Media will have the final say on all matters relation to Global Leadership Awards & Summit’ 2019 and the same will be binding on all the nominees/awardees.

Any dispute relating to the award function and/or otherwise will be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Company. The venue of Arbitration shall be New Delhi.
